It was a short but intense search, with our Heather, for a house with a garden in a nice neighborhood, including a dog park just around the corner. And with this "opportunity," visit number four, it was bingo. Garden! Park! Neighborhood! And a tree!
They were guided through every detail regarding the possibilities and permission to thoroughly renovate the house, and she also helped them with all aspects of financing, the right approach to selling the old place, and, last but not least, maintaining peace of mind. And now that the renovation is underway, Charlotte and Ian look back fondly on all that wonderful support, Heather's helping hand from start to finish.

As an interior design couple, selling your very first, jointly renovated apartment is a slightly different story than the average. Emotion and commitment were paramount, and Maxime and Tristan were therefore quite discerning in their choice of real estate agent. So, as an advisor, you give the client all the time and space to explore, search, and, above all, grow in the process. After all, we, with our completely different backgrounds, still had to reach an agreement. And even after that final decision, there was still positive care and attention—something you won't find, so special.
