The apartment is located on the fourth floor, accessible by stairs and elevator and has the following layout.

Through the hall with separate toilet and laundry room, you enter the spacious living room with a width of more than 10 meters via glass doors. The dining area, open kitchen and sitting area with fireplace (wood burning) are connected and form the heart of the house. The lay-out of the modern kitchen is extremely practical and it has a cooking island with sink. All necessary equipment is built-in (double fridge/freezer combination (Bosch), wine climate cabinet, combi- steam oven, microwave, oven, 5-burner gas stove (all Gaggenau) and Quooker. The built-in cupboards provide a lot of storage space.

Two of the three bedrooms are at the rear and both have ceiling-high built in wardrobes with sliding doors to make optimal use of the space.

A corridor separates these bedrooms from the large bathroom with a Jacuzzi (bathtub) from Villeroy and Boch, walk-in shower, toilet, design radiator and double sink. Gray floor tiles and white high-gloss wall tiles give the bathroom a chic feeling and the wooden washbasin furniture makes it a soothing whole.

The master bedroom is located at the front and in addition to the recurring fitted wardrobes, a workplace has been created here.

Outdoor space
Adjacent to the apartment is the first roof terrace of 20 m2. This can be reached both through the entrance hall and through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen. The storage room on this floor is approximately 4m2 and is accessible via the terrace.

The steel staircase leads from the terrace on the fourth floor to the terrace above of no less than 49 m2. This terrace gives a sense of tranquility which is unique for the center of Amsterdam. From here you have an amazing view and a lot of privacy thanks to the many greenery.

Surroundings
The Noorderstraat is a beautiful quiet street in the middle of the Center and is located close to the Amstel, the Amsterdam canals and De Pijp. The Utrechtsestraat is just around the corner and has a varied selection of shops, cozy cafes and good (star) restaurants; Zolder, Colima, De Jeweler and Brasserie NEL. But also a lot of culture; FOAM, the Hermitage Museum and the Van Loon Museum are within walking distance. Royal Theater Carré and Dutch National Opera & Ballet are located in the vicinity. Film buffs can go to Rialto, Pathé Tuschinski or the Munt. This is also a nice neighborhood for children with various playgrounds on Frederiksplein and Amstelveld.

There are several tram, metro and bus stops in the vicinity. Tram stops Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht and Frederiksplein are just around the corner. The metro stops Weesperplein and Vijzelstraat and Amsterdam Central station are easy to reach. You can reach the A10 ring road within 10 minutes by car and Schiphol Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
