Very bright and charming 4-room penthouse of 147 m2 with elevator, parking, two storage rooms (approx. 4 m2 and 12 m2) and two roof terraces (approx. 20 m2 and 49 m2). The upstairs apartment is located in Prinsenstede in the quiet Noorderstraat on a central location close to the Utrechtsestraat and the Amstelveld. The complex is located on private land (no ground lease).

Layout
The entrance at street level gives access to the communal central hall, parking garage, the stairwell and the elevator. The private storage room of approximately 12 m2 is situated in the basement.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor, accessible by stairs and elevator and has the following layout.

Film buffs can go to Rialto, Pathé Tuschinski or the Munt. This is also a nice neighborhood for children with various playgrounds on Frederiksplein and Amstelveld.

There are several tram, metro and bus stops in the vicinity. Tram stops Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht and Frederiksplein are just around the corner. The metro stops Weesperplein and Vijzelstraat and Amsterdam Central station are easy to reach. You can reach the A10 ring road within 10 minutes by car and Schiphol Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
